you should book your Accommodation with Voyage Europe |
Why book with us?
We book accommodation in Europe only. We specialize in small, friendly
places but when these are too expensive, we
select hotels that offer the best value. We want you to travel to Europe, have a great time and tell everyone about it (and
our service!) when you get back. Most agencies deal with all locations worldwide and do
not have time to find special places for their customers.
We know Europe as Europeans. Dominique (owner of Voyage Europe) comes
from France and has lived in France, Spain, Germany, England and Netherlands. She speaks
four languages and can communicate with the hotels in their own language. Click here

We have visited most of the places that we recommend. Others are
recommendations from our customers or from a few trusted suppliers.
We NEVER book through a computer reservation system.
When you call a regular travel agent, they will search through an
on-line reservation system that contains only large, chain type hotels
(Best Western, Radisson, Holiday Inn etc.).
After each customer returns from Europe, we send them a small
questionnaire to get their feedback. We ask for input on accommodation including
cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, check in process, room size, food quality etc. We use
this input to determine which places we send our clients to in the future.

How much does it cost?
If you are booking accommodation only, we charge a small fee. For 1 to
2
properties the fee is $25 and for 3 to 4 the fee is $50.
If you decide to use our trip planning service,
then there is no separate fee for accommodation reservations
if you choose the Gold option.

Why does Voyage Europe charge a fee for
booking accommodation?
Most of the hotels, B&Bs, farmhouses we deal with are very small,
local places. They do not pay any travel agent commission. The booking fee is the only
money we receive for our work.
The fee is intended to cover communication costs, such as phone calls,
faxes etc. with the hotels, when we check availability for you and then when we confirm your reservations.
It also covers for the time we spend selecting your
accommodation. We make sure it is within your requirements and your
budget.
The fee also ensures that you are serious about your trip - you have
decided where you want to go, what your dates are, your budget etc.
