Pescia

This is an olive oil producing farm, located near Pescia, one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscany, with a superb scenic view. It is surrounded by woody hills that include Collodi, the homeland of the famous puppet "Pinocchio" and the romantic castle of the Nievole valley. Being close to major art towns such as Lucca (18 km), Pistoia (18 lm), Pisa (30 km) and Florence (50 km), the farm is an excellent starting point to explore Tuscany. The beaches of Versilia can be reached in a 30 minute drive. There is a swimming pool at the farm, a tennis court 5 minute drive away and a golf course 30 minute drive away. The farm provides accommodation in a separate house and in several apartments. It is a comfortable but simple place to stay in the country.

1. Independent Villa: It is a small independent villa called "villa July". It has a surface of 150sqm on two floors. Outside, there is a terrace of about 120 sqm . On the first floor it has two bedrooms with 5 beds, each bedroom with a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, another bathroom and a big living room with fireplace. In this room there is also a double sofa bed. This property can accommodate a total of 14 people.

2. Apartment n.2, also called "the old oven" has a surface of 86 sqm and a terrace of 60 sqm. It includes the room that was the library of the old villa, where there is a beautiful Tuscan fireplace. It can accommodate up to 5 people, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in a sofa-bed placed in the living room.

3. Apartment n. 3, called "Orchidea" has a surface of 100 sqm and it has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a fully equiped kitchen corner. There are also two additional beds, so that the apartment can accommodate a total of 8 people.

4. Apartment n. 4, called "Ortensia" has a surface of 100 sqm and has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with kitchen corner and fireplace. In this living room there is also a double sofa bed so that the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

5. Apartment n. 5, called "Oleandro" has a surface of 72 sqm and has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen corner. A bed can be added in the living room so that the total number of people that can be accommodated in this apartment is 5 people. This apartment is accessible by the handicapped.

6. Apartment n. 7, called "The chestnut tree" is the ground floor apartment of a small villa. It has a surface of 82 sqm and a terrace of about 35 sqm It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with fireplace and kitchen corner, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

7. Apartment n. 8, called "La Pineta" is on the upper floor of the same small villa. It has a surface of 72 sqm and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room of about 50 sqm with a fully equiped kitchen corner. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people.
