Description:

This property is situated in the country around the medieval town of Orvieto, in the centre of a large estate of olive grove fields and chestnut woods. It has a breathtaking position on a 350 m high hill with a spectacular view over the surrounding landscape and the tufa rocks of Orvieto It is easily reachable within a few minutes from the highway Rome-Florence A1 and the railway station of Orvieto.

The property includes the ancient Farmhouse recently restored and transformed into 5 wonderful apartments of different sizes, all extremely comfortable and fitted with antique country furniture. Near the Farmhouse there is a very nice swimming-pool at the guests' disposal with a shady equipped veranda and surrounded by a garden on English ancient roses and a field of olive trees, by which the Fiumi produce an excellent organic extravirgin olive oil. The pool has a fantastic view towards the tufa rocks of the town of Orvieto.
