is easily reachable within a few minutes from the highway Rome-Florence A1 and the railway
station of Orvieto. |
| The property includes the
ancient Farmhouse recently restored and transformed into 5 wonderful apartments of
different sizes, all extremely comfortable and fitted with antique country furniture. Near
the Farmhouse there is a very nice swimming-pool at the guests' disposal with a
shady equipped veranda and surrounded by a garden on English ancient roses and a field of
olive trees, by which the Fiumi produce an excellent organic extravirgin olive oil. The
pool has a fantastic view towards the tufa rocks of the town of Orvieto. |

| Each apartment has a double sofa bed in the
living room to accommodate one or two extra persons. All of the apartments have a fully
furnished kitchen with a gas stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, Satellite TV. |
