Description:

The farmhouse dates from Roman times. It has recently been restored into a beautiful holiday home. During the restoration process, the owners have given great attention to details, using the best materials. The property has traditional and elegant furniture. It is composed of four independent apartments. Outside there are huge fields and beautiful gardens, from where you can go on many nice walks, bike rides or horse riding excursions; there are many olive groves and vineyards in this area.
The entire property can be rented as a whole and is perfect for a large group or each one of the four apartments can be rented individually.

Each one has a large living-room with kitchen corner, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and satellite TV. Outside, there is a swimming-pool, table tennis (ping-pong), beach volley-ball area and a wood oven with barbeque.
Each apartment has four beds. It is possible to request an additional single bed, which would be placed in the living room. The bathroom had a shower or bathtub.
Some bedrooms have terraces, where you can enjoy the panoramic view.

The farmhouse is in a prime location facing the small town of Orvieto. It is surrounded by a very romantic and beautiful countryside, within the famous "Strada del Vino Etrusco Romana".. with its many vineyards and olive groves.

CONDITIONS
Prices include hot water, gas and electricity costs. They also include cleaning prior to and after your departure. What is not included are heating costs, needed between mid November and mid April. The accommodations are equipped with everything you need, including linen, towels, and kitchen utensils.
