| "Le Rondini" is a charming traditional
Tuscan house conveniently situated in a quiet position in the countryside only 2.5km from
the town of San Gimignano and just a short walk away from a restaurant, bus stop and
public telephone. |
| The house with all its accommodation on the ground
floor, is most comfortably furnished in traditional style with tiled floors and beamed
ceilings. All its windows enjoy fine views and most of them face on to the large private
garden. The garden has a lawn, flowering plants and trees and enjoys a magnificent view of
the countryside and the towers of the city. It is furnished with table and chairs, sunbeds
and barbecue and is a delightful location for enjoying an alfresco meal. The sitting room
is separate to the house being divided by a patio from the kitchen/dining room. It is a
very comfortable room for relaxing in and has a large arched glass door opening on to the
patio and a smaller glass door opening on to a large pergola and the garden. |
| Next door to Le Rondini live the owner and his family.
They are friendly and helpful whilst not intruding on your privacy. Also next door is
their other rental apartment for 2-3 persons called Ref. Le Papere.
Parking is in the grounds close to the house. |
