This delightful cottage is ideally situated in the countryside only a short walk away from the town of San Gimignano. The nearest shops are only 500 metres away and the second main gate of the town 'Porta San Matteo' is 1km by road and less by way of the short cut on foot. Standing on its own, in a tranquil position next to a vineyard, the cottage enjoys lovely views of the countryside from both its little garden terrace at the front and its large sunny terrace at the side.

The comfortably furnished accommodation is all on the ground floor and has traditionally tiled floors and wood beamed ceilings. A glass and wrought iron door in the hall of the cottage leads to the side terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for eating outside, sun umbrella, sun beds and barbecue. Next to the cottage the owner has a vineyard and a vegetable garden which he tends regularly. He is friendly and helpful whilst not intruding on your privacy. Available from him is his own excellent wine and vegetables in season. There is a private covered parking area immediately next to the cottage.
