Vacation Rental Location and Description:
This rental property is located in an elevated position just over 3 km from the centre of Vaison-la-Romaine, Vaucluse (Provence).
Tastefully restored farmhouse (the owner of the house is well known for her good taste in decoration) and set in grounds of 2600 m², in a quiet situation with uninterrupted views of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. 3 bedrooms for 6 people

Downstairs:
The dining room has French windows, which open onto a charming sheltered conservatory, where it can be very pleasant to dine in the fresh evening air. A substantial bar separates the fully equipped kitchen from the dining room, which has a fireplace. The entirely separate living room opens to the garden and has a sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed (1.40), and en suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom with double bed (1.40), and generous en suite bathroom with shower, twin basins and toilet. Separate toilet.

Upstairs:
Bedroom with double bed (1.40) adjoining a large bathroom with shower and twin basins. Separate toilet.

Outside:
In front of the house is a beautiful spreading mulberry tree providing ample shade for lunching al fresco in the middle of the day. The garden is full of olive trees and lavender. Swimming pool 6m by 12m (depth 1m70 max).
Carport for 3 cars.

Equipment:
Halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, drier. Portable barbecue and garden furniture.
