Location and Description:

This property is located above a wonderful small Provencale village. It offers beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. This is a very nice stone house, which was built with all modern comfort (including excellent lighting), but with a charming "old house" outlook. It is on a large ground of about 4000 square meters.

1st Level:

The entrance hall leads to a large stair case leading down towards the living room. At this level, there is a spacious 1st bedroom (70 square meters) with a large double bed (2 x 2 meters) with a very well equipped private bathroom (corner bath, 2 sinks, a circular shower and a toilet). A lovely terrace offering a wondeful view over the countryside makes this bedroom a special place to enjoy a peaceful and quiet vacation.

Ground Level (garden level):

Very nice fitted kitchen with dining room opening onto a spacious contemporary living room (70 square meters) with fireplace. Cellar. Independant toilet.
2nd bedroom with a double bed (1.40m). Small sitting room with convertible bed for 2 people (1.40m).
Shower room, sink and toilet.
Lovely terrace tiled with stones surrounding part of the house.

Outside:

Original shaped swimming pool (8 x 2 x 3.50 meters). 2.60 meters deep.
