Vacation Rental Location and Description:

This rental property used to be an olive-oil mill. It has been entirely renovated, as you will see, with very good taste. It overlooks the swimming pool, located in a large garden (1000 square meters). It is located at the entrance of a typical village of Vaucluse, only 2 kms from Beaumes de Venise and about 10 km away from Carpentras. The villa is on two levels and it enjoys a splendid view of the local mountains known as the Dentelles de Montmirail. It has 4 bedrooms and it accommodates 6-7 people.

Downstairs:
Very large living area of about 80 square meters, comprising of a large living room and dining area that are separated from the fully equipped kitchen (open style) by an archway. Large windows opening onto the garden and and overlooking the swimming pool.
Shower room with sink and toilet
1st bedroom with a double bed.

Upstairs:
Large landing area leading to:
2nd bedroom with a double bed
3rd bedroom with a single bed
4th bedroom with two single bed
Dressing room
Bathroom with bath, sink, and separate toilet

Outside: Swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) Equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, fridge with small freezer, TV, telephone, garden furniture Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking.

Rates include: electricity, garden and pool maintenance in high season (when applicable). In low season, heating is extra.
