This vacation rental is a 19th century country house, located in an elevated part of vaison-la-Romaine, in Provence. It has a panoramic view of the "Mont Ventoux" and the village of Entrechaux. It is located on a spacious ground (1 hectare) including a lawn, vines and many trees. This rental house retains much of its original character. It overlooks the swimming pool, which is located on the lawn. It can accommodate up to 14 people. Be aware that this Provence rental property is simply fitted and decorated inside, but it offers excellent value for money: it is located in a beautiful area in Provence and it can accommodate a large group at an unusually low price for Provence.

Vacation Rental Description:

Ground floor (1st US floor): Imposing entrance hall, with central staircase leading up to the first floor (2nd US floor). Dressing/washroom with toilet. Kitchen with fireplace. Access to terrace from kitchen. Room with sofa bed and shower. Living room of 50 m2 with fireplace. Toilet with sink.

First floor (2nd US floor): Room used as an office with a couch that converts to a bed. 4 bedrooms each with a double bed. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Large main bathroom with shower, toilet. Large bedroom with a double bed and double wash basin.

Swimming pool (6 x 12m) with pool house (with sink and small fridge)

Equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, TV, telephone, garden furniture, barbecue.
