REFERENCE S : Le Mas Flornay. This is a charming and secluded property with authentic ambiance and beautiful views. This is a house has been nicely renovated and it is suitable for a group of 2 to 4 adults, or even 6 or 8 people. Fireplace and television (french channels only).

- Dining area with French door opening onto the south side and another on the side. Large countryside table and 8chairs

First Floor (2nd US):
A staicase brings you from the sitting room to the bedrooms and bathrooms :
- Bedroom 1 with a bed for 2 persons sized 140 x 2m , large cupboard, 2 windows ( 1 south , one on west side)

A corridor gives access to bedroom 2 and 3 , a seperate W-C and a bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single comfortable beds sized 90 x 2m , window on west.

A door in the corridor gives access to a staircase leading to the top of the building.

The garden is very nice. There is a gaz barbecue for your outside barbecues and some garden furniture. You will be able to enjoy the sight of an olive grove, just below the house and beyond it, a beautiful view of the Maures mountain range.

It takes about an hour to reach the beach, but longer when there is some traffic.
International airports: Marseille: about 50 miles away and Nice: about 75 miles away.

Other:

There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in Cotignac. There is a golf course in Barbaroux (about 20 miles away); also it is possible to go fishing, play the local game of "Petanque", horse riding, canoeing, tennis... in the neighboring villages. There is a colorful market every Tuesday in Cotignac.
