extended on both sides. Very well managed rental
property. All comforts. About 200 m2 of
living space. It is located on a flat field of
about 2 acres. The rental property is enclosed. There
are many olive trees, a small vineyard, cypress and
an old mulberry tree on the south terrace.
There are 5 bedrooms (28 m2, 12 m2, 17 m2,
22 m2,11 m2 )
with good bedding,
a large sitting room (40
m2), a large dining room, fully
equipped kitchen, 2 full shower rooms
and 1 full bathroom. Nice swimming pool
(8x7m) shaped as a bean (with a maximum depth of 2 m,
which makes it possible to dive in). No
overlooking, very quiet, good views,
magnificent surrounding, typical Provencal garden. The distance
to the center of
Cotignac
is about 2 miles. For
10 people plus a baby. |

toilet.

"annex" extension is facing

- A small kitchen with a
sink, stove (2 electric plates),

microwave.

- The south terrace behind
the house has a barbecue and it
is equipped for outside
meals. It is pleasantly
shaded by an old mulberry tree.
- The swimming pool is nice
with water running. South exposure, full sun. It is
located in an enclosed area, as required by French
law.
- You can
park 4 cars in the
back of the house.
This property is very well
managed. It has good bedding and an
excellent kitchen. It is perfect and
advised for a large family of 10 (and 1 baby).

(about 20 miles away); also it is possible to go fishing, play the local game of
"Petanque", horse riding, canoeing, tennis... in the neighboring villages. There
is a colorful market every Tuesday in Cotignac. |
