Description: This vacation rental is a charming 12th century "Bastidon", which has been renovated and extended with care. Very nice surrounding with terrace for outside meals under a very old lime tree (tilleul).Well equipped rental property. From the house you can enjoy a pleasant 15 minutes walk to some waterfalls. Access from a private road shared with your neighbours from rental property B1. (B1 and B2 can be rented together for a large group).

Mezzanine bedroom with 2 joined beds (together they make a king size bed).
Smaller bedroom with a convertible sofa bed (130 x 190cm)

Beautiful tiling in the mezzanine top floor and sitting room. Other rooms have modern tiling (kitchen and shower rooms). Very well equipped and charming.

The distance to the center of Cotignac is about 1.5 miles (2.5 km). The town of Aix-en-Provence is only about 40 miles away; St. Tropez: about 50 miles away; International airports: Marseille: about 50 miles away and Nice: about 75 miles away. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in Cotignac. There is a golf course in Barbaroux (about 20 miles away); also it is possible to go fishing, play the local game of "Petanque", horse riding, canoeing, tennis... in the neighboring villages. There is a very nice market every Tuesday in Cotignac.
