This vacation rental is made of 2 separate houses (B1 & B2) on the same ground. The two rental houses can be rented separately and they make two independent vacation rentals. If rented together, they accommodate a total of 16 people. A private lane is used by both properties. These 2 rental properties cannot be rented separately in high season.

The smaller rental house: LE BASTIDON (B2) It is located next to the large house and it accommodates a family of 2 to 4 people (75 m2 of living space). It dates from the 12th century and it is full of character and charm. Over the years, it has been carefully and tastefully renovated and extended. It is now a comfortable rental property with all modern utilities. There is a pleasant tiled terrace under an ancient lime tree, behind the house, where it is possible to enjoy 'al fresco' meals. Aix-en-Provence - about 40 miles away
St. Tropez - about 50 miles away
It takes about an hour to reach the beach, but longer when there is some traffic.
International airports: Marseille: about 50 miles away and Nice: about 75 miles away.

Other:

There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in Cotignac. There is a golf course in Barbaroux (about 20 miles away); also it is possible to go fishing, play the local game of "Petanque", horse riding, canoeing, tennis... in the neighboring villages. There is a colorful market every Tuesday in Cotignac.
